The Carneys | Family Session

       Over the years, I have really enjoyed getting to know the Carney family. I have been babysitting for them for a couple of years, and there is never a dull moment when I am "on duty"! They were kind enough to invite me on their family vacation to the Outer Banks this summer, and they even made me an honorary Carney by giving me a "T-name" (all of their names start with a T). I had never been to the Outer Banks before, and that is where Terra grew up going, so it was really neat to hear about all of her stories. I really am so thankful they invited me. I had a lot of fun, got to know them better, and had lots of laughs! While we were at the beach, I was able to take some family pictures for them! Here are a few of my favorites...

The Whitesides | Family Session

Taking family pictures for the Whitesides was so much fun! If y'all remember, I took newborn/family pictures for them right around this time last year. Samantha, Amber and Chandler's daughter, was just so sweet with her smiles (like always). As we all know, South Carolina summers are super hot and humid. With that being said, they were troopers (especially Amber) for enduring both of those things to get pictures. Anyways, I think they turned out super cute, and they really are such an adorable little family! Here are a few of my favorites from today.

Isn't this wedding stationery just to die for?

I love all the different color envelopes she sent me, but my favorite would have to be the navy (because who isn't a sucker for navy?). She also included so many pretty name place settings. 

And her calligraphy is amazing!

Samantha | Newborn + Lifestyle

Ok y'all, 

isn't Samantha just adorable?!

 When Amber pulled out a monogrammed bonnet & bloomers, I just about died from how cute Samantha was (plus, monograms are always a good thing, right?)

Anyways, she did such a good job of not crying, which is kind of rare in a newborn session.

 I just can't get over how cute she is! 

Plus, Henry (their dog) joined in for a few pictures and just made it that much more adorable!

Ocean and Coral Creative Wedding Suites | Styled Shoot

Hello, Folks!

I am coming at you again with a couple more wedding suites from Ocean and Coral Creative! The owner, Kathy Leonard, does simply amazing & beautiful work! 

When I received the suites in the mail, I was pleasantly surprised by the top-notch quality of the paper, calligraphy, design... pretty much everything! 

Another cool thing is that Kathy runs her business out of Charlotte, NC, which is fairly local to me!

She was amazing to work with, and I can't wait to work with her again in the future.

SUITE ONE
Suite one is absolutely gorgeous - am I right? I love the green foliage she designed. So pretty. And the green envelope makes the gold calligraphy pop so well!

 

SUITE TWO

Suite two was more fun and bold with bright colors! She sent two different envelopes to go with the suite and I love them both! Isn't her envelope calligraphy just to die for? I love the floral envelope liners as well...
