I am so excited to be sharing my favorite recipe for peach cobbler. Not only is this recipe AMAZING, but it's also super easy to make! It literally takes like 10 minutes to put together + it only needs SIX ingredients that you most likely already have! It tastes like a summer/southern party in your mouth. Trust me.
Here's the recipe:
- Canned peaches (drained, 29 oz.) or fresh peaches
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cups of sugar
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 2 1/2 tsp. of baking powder
- Milk
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Put half a stick of butter into a 9x13 glass baking dish & put into oven until butter is melted.
- While the butter is melting, mix together flour, baking powder, and sugar.
- Next pour in milk until batter is the consistency of pancake mix
- Take the glass dish with the melted butter out of the oven and pour in the batter.
- Pour the drained peaches on top of the batter.
- Put dish in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes or until fork comes out clean.
- Scoop some vanilla ice-cream on top and serve warm.
See, SO yummy & easy!
